Overview

Originally designed for Kentucky school districts, our Data Integrity Tool makes 57 passes through your data and reports on many of the requirements derived from the federal Common Core Data (CCD) standards. The Data Integrity Tool focuses on the General Ledger and Payroll areas. Data accuracy must be maintained in other areas of MUNIS® as well. Areas such as fixed assets, employee demographics and the clean up of obsolete system files are but a few examples of future enhancements to the software. The Data Integrity Tool is the only software tool available ensuring consistency of this data throughout the system.

Finds potential issues with the data for PSD and CSD reporting
Validates General Ledger segments against the General Ledger account records
