Cystal Training Level 1:
Designed for the beginning Crystal Reports user, this class teaches attendees to quickly become proficient in creating and modifying reports for MUNIS® data. Steps taught include:
- Planning the report
- Creating a basic report using design views and the report expert
- Creating custom reports with specific selection criteria, multiple level groups, multiple total areas, and other custom features
- Understanding how to use formulas and placing them in reports
- Section formatting
- Charting and mapping
- Exporting information for use outside Crystal Reports
This class is highly interactive with many exercises to reinforce the concepts being taught. Upon completion of the class you will be equipped to create your own Crystal Reports in multiple areas of MUNIS.
Crystal Training Level 2:
Designed for the Crystal Reports user comfortable with the basic report designs, this class takes the attendee to a deeper level. Advanced features of Crystal Reports taught in this class enable the student to produce more sophisticated reports. The areas of instruction include:
- Using sub-reports
- Designing variable use and their application
- Advanced formula design
- Creating running totals
- Best uses for cross-tab objects
- Designing report alerts
- Parameter definition and usage
- Working with the Crystal repository
A highly interactive class, attendees complete exercises reinforcing the concepts taught. Upon completion of the class you will be equipped to customize your Crystal report for MUNIS® to meet your advanced needs.
