PSST Expands Client Success Department and Appoints New EAA

PSST has expanded its Client Success Department with two new positions and hired a new executive administrative assistant to address the company’s continued growth.

Dianna Palmer, Ed.D, has been named PSST’s Client Success Sales Advisor. Palmer is a retired human resources director from Jefferson County Public Schools, Kentucky’s largest school district, and a former human resources director for Gadsden County Schools in Florida. Palmer will be responsible for the successful implementation of client software installations, which includes support oversight, quality assurance and ongoing product usage analysis. She also will contribute to PSST’s business development with new sales opportunities.

 

Susan Farlee will serve as a PSST Client Success Advisor. Farlee recently retired as the Finance Officer of Hickman County Schools, Kentucky after more than 37 years of service to the district.  She, too, will be responsible for the successful implementation of client software installations and provide support, quality assurance and ongoing product usage analysis.

 

PSST has also hired Karen Collins to serve as Executive Administrative Assistant to the company’s president Larry Roach and to support business development, sales and marketing. Collins previously served as an executive administrative assistant at Emory University, Woodruff Health Sciences Center Office of Research.
