PSST Expands Team

New Client Success and Sales & Marketing Personnel

PSST recently added three new members to its Client Success Team and a new Marketing and Sales Administrative Assistant to address the company’s expanding client base and new market opportunities resulting from a growing demand for its Affordable Care Act reporting and compliance software, ACA-Track™, and other seamless data integration solutions.

Jameka Cox, Andrew Davis and Laura Watkins have joined PSST’s customer service team as Client Success Advisors. Cox is a former agency service representative for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Davis previously served as a Verizon Wireless customer service representative. Watkins is a former Appriss applications support specialist. The new team members will be responsible for the successful implementation of client software installations and provide support, quality assurance and ongoing product usage analysis.

Gina Hiles, previously an executive assistant at Kindred Healthcare, now serves in the newly created position of marketing and sales administrative assistant at PSST. Her role includes assisting with sales contracts and client communications.
