IRS Extends ACA Reporting Deadlines; ACA-Track™ Taking New Munis® Clients

ACA-Track now available for K-12 Munis users.
The IRS has extended ACA compliance reporting dates for employer-provided 1095 forms to employees from February 1 to March 31, 2016. Deadlines to file paper 1094 forms changes from February 29 to May 31, 2016; deadlines for filing 1094 forms electronically changes from March 31 to June 30, 2016.
Given the deadline extensions, ACA-Track will now be able to assist school districts that utilize Munis® but do not have an ACA compliance and reporting solution for the 2015 reporting year. ACA-Track will accept new Munis clients until mid-February.
“The added time will allow us to extend ACA-Track to school districts that missed the previous deadline for signing up with our product for 2015 reporting,” said Larry Roach, president and CEO of PSST, which developed ACA-Track. “It will be a very simple process for us to handle Munis managed data for ACA reporting and meet the new IRS deadlines for forms 1094 and 1095. We also can offer the use of our Transmitter Control Code or TCC to these districts as well.”
