PSST Names Williams Chief Operations Officer

Roach Continues As CEO and President
PSST, LLC announces the appointment of Carl L. Williams as its Chief Operations Officer, effective April 1, 2016.
Williams has been PSST’s Client Success Director since September 2014. According to PSST founding President and Chief Executive Officer Larry Roach, Williams will continue to serve as Client Success Director as he assumes responsibility for leading in the execution of PSST’s strategic initiatives and day-to-day management as COO.
Roach said the promotion of Williams will provide PSST with enhanced leadership that is focused on enhanced processes and software products and solutions as it expands into the national ACA compliance and reporting market and grows its K12 administration business.
In 2015 PSST successfully introduced ACA-Track™, an Affordable Care Act compliance and reporting software, which substantially increased company revenues. At present, PSST offers software and integration solutions for more than 225 K12 school districts throughout the United States, with a saturated presence in Kentucky.
“PSST has experienced tremendous success with ACA-Track at a national level,” Roach said. “In his new role, Carl will ensure PSST’s continued growth in the ACA software market as well as with our foundational K12 market. His added leadership also will allow me to provide greater direction for our corporate vision and long-term strategies.”
Williams is a former human resources administrator for Kentucky’s largest K12 school district Jefferson County Public Schools. At present he also serves as board chairman of Volunteers of America Mid States, one of the region’s oldest, largest, and most diverse not-for-profit businesses.
