KEEIS Reporting Package
No two school districts are alike but every district has a need to pull data from MUNIS® and produce financial pictures for their boards and for the state. Informational needs routinely occur that are not easily solved through MUNIS® alone. PSST has responded quickly to the need for special reports and procedures with over 100 unique financial reports. Some reports can be generic enough to fulfill the requirements of all districts and some reports are specific to a single district. Our focus is always to assist your district in your use of MUNIS® and our KEEIS Reporting Package.

Standard Reports and Procedures
Easy, economical and quick, these reports offer a financial snap shot from vouchers to budgets to the general ledger. The annual Newspaper report can be easily produced and provided to the media in paper or electronic format. Expense and revenue budget information that requires multiple reports in MUNIS® is produced in a single concise report. Payroll information is merged with other financial data to give you a detailed view of expenses. Many of these reports can be produced in a variety of sort sequences not available in MUNIS® alone.
System Menus
At month end many reports have to be printed, one at a time. Reports have to selectively run for each individual for specific account codes, specific projects, specific funds, etc. PSST has taken the need to be more efficient at month end and created system menus that can be tailored for each person. The Superintendent can have their own specific reports set up. The Maintenance Director can have their reports printed with only their information. Best of all, all of their reports are produced with simply the selection of a menu option that prints all reports, already collated, ready for distribution. The selection criteria by individual is saved away to be used month after month. Month end couldn’t be easier.
School boards across Kentucky require financial information in a variety of formats. The PSSTReporting Package produces a plethora of board reporting formats, specifically designed to meet the many needs of school boards. These formats were designed by Finance Officers and Superintendents across Kentucky.
Departmental/Grant/Project/Site Based Reporting

Designed by Kentucky districts, these reports provide information at your fingertips which cannot be obtained by standard MUNIS® reports. From a high level view down to specific purchase orders, payroll data and invoices by account, you have just the information that you need. These reports can not only be produced at month end but also at any time during the month. In addition they can be produced for a specific period or year- to - date.

§ Budget Summary Report - (Two Formats: Monthly and Project) one line per account code.
§ Account Detail Report – invoice, journal entries and employee payroll info.
§ Vendor Detail Report – invoices by vendor for the detail account.
§ Open Purchase Order Report – all open encumberances for the detail account.
