This report provides balances for each fund as well as the total of all funds. Last period balances are provided to compare with the current period balances. For the current period both revenues and expenses are shown, accompanied by encumbrances, reserved balances, fixed asset balances, investments and inventory. The cash balance is also provided to compare with the accrued balance.
Since the report is also available in spreadsheet format, you can add other important information to the report as your board prefers.
