With today’s increased reporting requirements, finding the correct report to run can take longer than running the report! Organizing your reports created from the Crystal ReportsŪ software can be a real headache and a serious time consumer for everyone.
KEEIS Report Manager eliminates these problems and establishes a friendly environment where technical and non-technical staff can quickly and easily store away, share and run reports pertinent to their job.
KEEIS Report Manager allows reports to be stored in report groups designed by you. The software also allows you to create a name and description for each report, enabling you and others to know what each report does. Running a report is as easy as selecting the report you need.
You have total control over your reports. The software allows you to:
- Add a Report to the program library from any source, including MUNISŪ Views
- Edit report name, description, category and view options
- Delete reports from the program library
- Use built-in security, ensuring each user’s access to only the reports appropriate to their job
- Run reports with no knowledge of the Crystal Reports software
The KEEIS Report Manager software comes bundled with dozens of Kentucky specific reports designed by district Finance Officers. Click here to see sample reports. Crystal Reports software is not required to run these reports. Additional reports can be downloaded from the MUNIS website and added to the library.
