Larry Roach President/CEO		Mr. Roach has spent the majority of his distinguished career providing state-of-the-art automated solutions to the public sector. Beginning his service with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Mr. Roach served within the former Kentucky Department of Health, former Department for Economic Security and the Department of Human Resources in various capacities. Most notably, he assisted in the consolidation of four departments into the combined Human Resources Department, unifying the various payroll systems into a comprehensive, automated payroll / personnel system. Continuing his service to the public sector, Mr. Roach served as a senior programmer/analyst with the non-profit organization, Human Services Coordination Alliance, Inc. in Louisville, KY designing and implementing the Agency Resource Information System (ARIS), the Client Referral Information System (CRIS), the Client Case Management/Accountability System and the Referral Outcome Assessment System. In 1990, Mr. Roach founded what is now Professional Systems, Software and Technology, LLC (PSST) whose focus remains on public sector solutions where he serves as President/CEO of the organization. He maintains his MUNIS Certification on a yearly basis. Mr. Roach received his post-secondary education from Kentucky State University located in Frankfort, Kentucky. Additionally, Mr. Roach has attended, and continues to attend, numerous industry related courses maintaining proficiency in his industry. In addition to attended educational courses, Mr. Roach has served as instructor and trainer of numerous courses. Mr. Roach has taught formal training classes on various public sector software applications, as well as presented topics of a broader nature
Roger Dillon Executive Vice President		Mr. Dillon has managed and provided consulting on computer financial and accounting systems for over 25 years. Receiving his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and MBA from Bellarmine College, Mr. Dillon served as Vice President and Systems Manager for Citizens Fidelity Bank and Trust Company, responsible for numerous banking system's development and operation. In 1985 Mr. Dillon started Pro Systems, a firm specializing in hardware and software systems to both the accounting and construction industries, serving a four state area. In the next 13 years Pro Systems received numerous awards for sales to their clients from Arthur Anderson and Timberline Software. In 1997, Mr. Dillon merged Pro Systems with PSST and began serving the public sector with his extensive management, systems design, sales and marketing background. Under Mr. Dillon's leadership, PSST serves over half the districts in Kentucky with products and services developed and provided byPSST.
Connie Younger-Roach Executive Vice President		Mrs. Younger Roach has over 10 years experience in financial systems and computer system conversions in the banking industry. Her previous work experience includes 2 1/2 yrs with Coopers & Lybrand consulting on health care computer systems and training. With PSST, she served for over 5 years in the areas of Customer Service for the Educational Division. For the past 10 years, Mrs. Younger-Roach has served as the Finance/Personnel Director for PSST. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Louisville.
Keith Kucler Client Services Manager		Mr. Kucler has worked in companies providing accounting services and consulting for over 10 years. He has managed and led projects requiring extensive knowledge of payroll and benefits for dozens of clients. Mr. Kucler also has a broad range of skills in training clients in accounting related areas.
Curt Broyles Manager, Technical Services		Mr. Broyles comes to PSST as a Sr. Application Developer with a strong background in web application and development in the Manufacturing and Software Industries. He has over 13 years experience in retail. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business from Marshall University and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Sullivan University.
