Quarterly Support Plan (Optional) for KEEIS® Partners
A quarterly support plan is available for all KEEIS® Consortium partners. This plan provides specific benefits that promote smoother operations of the district office. The plan provides 10 hours of support in each quarter with consultants who have years of experience in working with the MUNIS® software. PSST is one of only two” third party vendors “on the state contract for providing MUNIS® support to Kentucky school districts.
The advantages of the quarterly support plan include:
§ A reduced rate on all telephone support and on-site visits by our consultants.
§ Priority telephone support. Support calls are received by PSST consultants who service first the partners who are on the support plan.
§ Rollover of the support plans fees. Unused hours in the plan are automatically rolled over to the next quarter. At the end of the year 75% of any unused hours can be applied to the next year’s KEEIS Consortium annual membership fees.
§ Assistance on MUNIS® questions as well as the PSST programs. Our staff is capable of providing excellent support for all areas of MUNIS®.
